Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible, whether it’s made-to-order, pre-ordered, or ready-to-ship. Please read the information below carefully to understand our shipping timelines and procedures.


Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items
Unless stated otherwise, all ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Made-to-Order Online Items
Made-to-order garments are not in stock and are crafted after you place your order.

  • Production timelines vary by product and are clearly outlined on each individual product page with a “ship by” date.

  • These items will ship after the production period, not at the time of purchase.

  • Please refer to the product listing for estimated production duration.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship based on the “ship by” date listed on the product page. 


Orders with Mixed Items

If you place an order containing both:

  • Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship items
    or

  • Pre-Order and In-Stock items

We will hold the order and ship everything together once all items are available. To avoid delays, please place separate orders if you’d like faster dispatch for in-stock products.

  • The delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email.
We primarily use DHL for all deliveries. In the event of service disruptions or delays, we may switch to an alternative courier to ensure timely delivery.


Customs & Import Taxes

If you’re ordering from outside the UK:

  • You may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional delivery charges.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and are charged by your local customs authority once the parcel arrives in your country.

  • All import-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

The amount depends on the destination country and the declared value of the item.
